I could mean several things, but one way to look at it is that she is a mess. Probably not very tidy or kept up looking, she proabably has some type of baggage like X's or even some mental things to deal with. ( Dont you ever have CRAZY days?) You are a train wreck on those days.

I would have to know the context in which it was said. It could be a reference to the woman being unattractive; it could also be a reference to how the woman's life is a mess.
