Source: Michigan. Home to 500,000 hard working and good Arabs. Many 3rd Generation. Kind of Business? Restaurants. Run and owned by Arabs. What happens? Marines walk in and sit down to be served. Waitress are Arabs. Cooks are Arabs. Marines are treated like a VIP. ( Very important Person ) Marines lower lip always starts to quiver. Tears well up in their eyes and the Marines always cry like babies by the time they are served. Why do the Marines always cry?

I've only seen two Marines cry, ever. One got his nuts kicked, and the other was giving away his daughter at her wedding. So, no, I don't think good service at an "arabian" restaurant could've reduced a Marine to tears.
I put "arabian" in quotes, because the restaurant may very well have been Persian. don't confuse the two, now!

I would guess that it is just that wonderful to see truly free Arabs as opposed to the horrid oppression they have seen them under in other countries
