There's a guy who doesn't like me at my job. He tried everything he could just for me to quit.
Last night in the dream, he called me and he sobbed while he was saying how sorry he was for treating me so bad. I told him that I forgave him. When I woke up I thought that certaintly God will make this guy knows that He exists.
What do you think?

I never worried about him. I never think about him. never, if i thought abt him before i slept i wouldn't ask this ?.

Could be, but keep in mind though sometimes God reveals the outcome to us, that doesn't necessarily mean it will happen the next day. He let the Israelites know that they would be free from the Egyptians, and they eventually were. But the immediate result of the revelation was that they were being forced to look for their own straw for bricks and beaten for not making their quotas.
So the dream is a good sign, but things could (seemingly) get worse before they get better.

You want that to happen so bad that you dreamed it happened. The thing to do is wait and see how he treats you on Mon morning at work.

I think you worry about him too much and he was in your thoughts before sleep. Do what your dream says and forgive him and don't worry about other people or what they do to you.
