Hangovers are a combination of many things, basically your body has been poisened by the alcohol which causes you to have major imbalances in your system.
To counter act these ther are a few things you can do.
1) Drink Loads of water before going to bed and when you wake up. This will rehydrate you because alcohol is a diahretic but will also help you flush the toxins out of your system.
2) Take a paracetomol before you go to sleep. This will help kick start your body into combating the alcohol
3) Get as much sugar as you can into your system, alcohol makes you hypoglycemic so putting sugar back in will have you feeling a thousand times better
4) Finally if all else fails grab yourself a really greasy fry up and start back on the booze you'll be right as rain before you know it.

During the time that you are drinking, randomly space out your alcoholic beverages with water throughout the night and then before you go to bed drink 10-20oz of water. A hangover is caused by alcohol poisoning and dehydration. To remedy a hangover while you already have have the hangover all you have to do is drink more and your only 3 beers away from a beautiful day as long as you can keep'em down.

I take a few Tylenol or Ibuprofen before I start drinking, when I do that I don't get hangovers. It works very well, last Thursday I had a 750ml of Tequila and 6 or seven Coronas with no hangover on Friday.
If I forget or am not able to take my pills before I start I try to get them before I go to bed or pass out, I fell a little groggy in the morning but not too bad.
If you all ready have the hangover drink a lot of water, you wont even like the sound of water and it will taste horrible at first, but it works fast.

My personal remedy goes like this.
1) Wake up and drink as much water as I can drink comfortably.
2) Drink orange juice or other juice high in Vitamin C.
3) Take a shower and at the end turn it as cold as I can stand it and let it run over my head for about 30 seconds.
4) Have a healthy breakfast.
1 rehydrates, 2 will help your immune system and get rid of the sick, tired feeling and 3 will increase your circulation, jumpstart your thyroid and combat that nasty headache. 4 replaces the nutrition that the alcohol burned away last night.

Don't drink? Sorry, couldn't resist....
I usually eat pretzels with melted cheese before bed, along with a couple glasses of water. Drink a couple glasses of water when you get up too. I wouldn't say it's a remedy, but it cuts down on the effects of the hangover.
On another note...your hangover will depend on what you drink. Drinking anything with a lot of sugar (bacardi coke's for instance) will probably screw you up worse than drinking beer or Vodka & Diet Coke.

Take an ibuprophen. Drink a couple cups of water.
Lay down with a nice comfy pillow and rest for 30 minutes.
Get up, take a second ibuprophen and water (since 2 is ok to take, just spread them out like this).
You will feel like a million bucks within the hour.

A half pint of orange juice, the real mccoy, not concentrated, drunk during the night and next morning alleviates the drunken hangover feeling.
You need to de-dehydrate and top up with vitamin C,

Carbs and a sweet drink. Pasta or chips. Sugary drink of your choosing.
Actually the best cure is prevention. Drink 3-4 large glasses of water before going to bed after coming in from a night on the razz. You won't get one. I (almost) promise.

Time is the only thing that really cures a hangover. That and not drinking.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/zUo0R
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.
