Don't be scared. first the doctor will give you a small amount of anaethesia into your line. Then you will start to feel real sleepy. That is such a cool feeling. I loved it when i got my appendix out. After that he will give you the rest. you will go straight to sleep. Don't worry about it at all. Just look forward to the cool feeling you get before you drift off to sleep. Good luck with your op. Hope all goes well for you.

the anaesthesia will be fine but if you are the mother then bare with them as i got my tonsils out @ that age & i was sore for about 3 weeks after. It is well worth goign through is as i have only had one antibiotic in 9 years as before i have 1 every 2 weeks.

Know the asteroid wellhead tonsil stones them for many years and it's been title not eventually.
Best decision I've ever made! I was shocked by the way of getting out the stones out. It was so easy, but more importantly, painless. I really liked the little trick he had for preventing gag reflex. He have one happy customer here.

You'll be out cold before you know it - and wake up a little groggy with a little bit of a headache (possibly) and that's it - it hurts a little bit going in but if you tell them your worried - the pre-med stuff they give you will calm you down a lot

i had mine out at 21- the actual anaesthetic is NOTHING they put a needle into your hand (which has already been numbed with cream) then inject the anaesthetic-you will fall asleep within a matter of seconds, then next thing you know you will hear someone calling your name and you'll be awake!!! its fine!! the pain after i found horrific but at your age it shouldn't be too bad x

Absolutely no problem You won't even remember going under next thing you know you're waking up with aslightly sore throat.

You got nothing to worry abouti had mine out as a kid and just a little injection then you wake up in another room its amazing trust me !!
