long or short hair on a woman? Or does it matter?

Shorter haired women are not as fun as long haired ones. Of course short hair women will say "Well, that's not me, I'm fun!" but the fact of the matter is long hair = wild woman. A woman with short hair is never as wild and free-spirited as a woman with long hair. It has to do with short hair being more sensible and easy to maintain. Sensible women rarely go wild.
On the male side of it, if we're looking for a good time, we'll be looking for long hair. If we're looking for some decent conversation, we'll be looking for short hair. On the female side of it, it all depends on how you wish to present yourself.

i like a girl with nice long hair. not saying that girls with short hair are ugly. But if there were two identical girls and 1 had long and 1 had short, i would take the 1 with long for sure.

Depends on how short ... if it's boy short = bad. Shoulder length short = can be very good. Long is also very safe.
