I already go the gym and I'm building muscles, but not loosing much 'stomach fat'

if you are getting plenty of daily exercise and are not decreasing the body fat % then the problem lies in your diet. you are either not consuming enough of the right nutrients in the right ratios or are consuming too many or not enough calories

If you are getting good workouts at the gym with moderate weight lifting and lots of cardio then look at your diet. Wait three hours after a meal before going to the gym. That way you are burning up stored calories and not the meal you just ate. You have to do 30 minutes of cardio before you will dip into those stored fats so do an hour of cardio. Break it up into different machines. change up every 20 minutes. What is your ideal weigh and bmi? Find out here!

Change your work out. Swim instead of running. Only body weight workouts and no weights. Just for a short time and then reintroduce the weights. Then change your diet to less meat for a two months. Don't stop eating meat (its good) just slow down. If you like salads try eating a big one with lots of extras like nuts and cheese. After a few of those add a low fat meat to it. (Chicken breast, Salmon)
Eat your favorites on Sat or Sunday and Pig out too.
If that doesn't work then get the pills. lol
If you eat pig, start back slow, if you stop. Stomachs need time to adjust.

Probably not the healthiest, but not the worse either. I would probably go on a two week slim fast diet. Use the Slim Fast for all three meals. But no more than two weeks. This is for an extreme emergency, like wedding, beach vacation, etc.

Drink lots of water, eat healthy and small portions throughout the day. When you go to the gym it's important especially to drink water also to avoid dehydration.

Cleansing is the best way to lose weight in my book, and you are not putting a bunch of harmful chemicals in you. It actually gets rid of all that

a month ago i also asked the same question as i wanted to loose weight so i started dieting. i didnt eat much.
.............................................
the result was that i fainted in walmart due to weakness and low blood pressure as i didnt each much.
................................................
moral of the story is..... eat a healthy diet and avoid junk food and aerated drinks.
