one day i was going to bus stand to go to movie a strange thing happened when i saw a lady dressed in white color dress fully covered her face and legs and even hands she came to me and told that i am a wizard and gave me brooch and told me to where it this will protect u i didn't understand what should i do?????????

Pray about it. (pray from your heart, not a prayer book or whatever). If you feel good about it, then sure, where it, but if you feel uneasy, or you still don't know, don't.

This could all depend on your beliefs, but here are my thoughts:
She may be a highly attuned person who is very connected to the Creator. She may have a very developed third eye that can see the aura and within a person.
Every body has a spiritual side, and she may have recognized the potential within you.
As for the broach and what to do now:
You should bury it under a tree for a three days befor a new moon. This will ground it and pull any negativity out of it. The moon and earth are very powerful parts of the Creator, and we are connected to them for a reason.
Then leave it in the moon light as the moon grows to full, and let it absorb the energy of the moon. (for those who do not believe in the energy of the moon... check the tides.. the creator did this for a reason)
Put the broach in a special place where you will see it every day and be reminded of the moment when you were reminded of the power within you.
Embrace your faith... and work to your potential. If you are Christian, reaffirm your faith and embrace your spiritual path. If you are Jewish, then do the same. No matter what religion you are, someone recognized your power, and the word 'wizard' is only her way of expressing what she saw but may have no other word for it.
Connect with the creation to connect with the Creator.
If you feel inclined: work with your Chakras to learn more about yourself spiritually or work with the Kabbalah.

I would say it was a slight heat stroke or maybe just a little stroke inside the capalaries that run all over your brain's important areas.
Next time it happens, go to the hospital and tell someone what happened. Or, even now you can go to an emergency room and tell a doctor what happened.
When you get out of their finally. Could be months. Let us all know how it went and what it was.

I'd say do nothing for now. A lot of people draw the assumption that those who believe in magic are crazy or sinful. Maybe she was crazy maybe she wasn't but I'm sure her intentions were good and you obviously weren't hurt by her actions. So there's probably nothing for you to be worried about. If you see her again just thank her for her kindness and move on.

The lady could be mentally ill... I had the similar encounter with the person who had schizophrenia. He said to me that I am a great doctor of great value. It is not true.
You know that you are not a wizard.
