what could it be if a person has lower abdomal pain but in the stomach

this could be an ulcer. You need to see your medical doctor as soon as possible to find out what is going on and get the proper medication for your problem.

Stomach pain can be many many things. You should see a doctor. There's no way anyone on here is going to be able to tell you what the possibilities are.

ur stomach is an organ inside ur body....actually in ur abdomin!
Lower abdominal pain could be any number of things from wind to cholic to appendisitis to constipation.
If u keep getting pain..see a doctor.

depends on the location: upper right- gall bladder (stone), lower right- appendix, upper left- ulcer, pancreas, and in the middle or into the groin- aneurysm or hernia

It can be some many different things I would recommend at least call you doc and asking what you should do about it!

consulting ur doc would be the best way to find out...there are lots of factors involved such as how often do u get this pian, wat did u eat n so on..
