Rocky Road Ice Cream

1 C. sugar
2 C. milk
1 t. vanilla
2 C. heavy cream
dash of salt
1 C. miniature marshmallows
1 oz. square semisweet chocolate
1/2 C. almonds or pecans

In a large saucepan, combine cocoa and sugar. Whisk in milk gradually. Stir over low heat until sugar and cocoa until dissolved. Cool to room temperature.

Chocolate, vanilla, cream, pistachio nut, coffee, cookie, plain ice cream, lemon...
I don't know if you have it, but in Italy we have a flavour which is called "blue sky" and it's blue. I like it very much, and of course it's loved by children. We also have flavours which are similar to chocolate and have the name of snacks (for example, Kinder Bueno, Duplo...).
Last summer, when I was watching the final of the World Cup Italy-France, I had bought a tub of ice cream with three flavours: pistachio nut, plain ice cream and strawberry. I don't like strawberry flavour very much, but I just wanted to imitate Italy's flag.
I love ice cream!!!!!!!

Why do people say "plain vanilla". Vanilla is a flavor like any other. They must be used to eating that Fieldcrest crap with the layer of ice you have to chip through to get to the actual ice cream.
