I'm assuming that you are referring to the Mandatory Military service that most countries in the world have. If that's the case, then then answer is "probably". I haven't checked out the rest of the world, but from what I've seen and heard, the US of A is the only country that has an all volunteer military.
Now, if you're saying that all our service members are old...

Are you referring to conscription? That the "young" are required to serve in the military?
America has had a draft at different times in its history. It no longer requires military service. I don't believe it is the only one with an all volunteer army. There are a few countries that do require a commitment from all youth citizens, Israel is one of the most well known, but not all countries have a draft.
In America, any youth over the age of 18 can enlist (17 with parental consent) but no one is required to.

Actually, the vast majority of the military is served with people between the ages of 17 and 25. You need to re-word your question.

The US military is an all volunteer force with about 2 million members stationed worldwide. There are many other contries that do not have mandatory conscription and have all vounteer forces (E.G. Great Britian, Canada) .

Many countries do not force their young people to serve in the Military. However, if you look at the list of people killed in Iraq, you will notice that many of them are 19-21 years old. The young are dieing in Iraq.
