I mean the anchors arent funny like the old classic guys like Chris Berman, Keith Oberman, Craig Kilborn, and even Linda Cohn.. They got anchors that even make the highlights boring. WTF happened?

The worst thing about it now from 5-10 years ago is not just the announcers it is the damn sponsorships. The "budweiser" hot seat. The "coors light" 6 pack of questions. more than half the show is telling you who it is brought to you by.
Oh and the other thing that pisses me off. how is the top ten plays of the day or week now 50+ plays. it is the worst when boomer does it, "At number 10 we have these 9 home runs... back back back- At number 9 we have these 47 dunks.......and finally the number one play of the week is brought to you by vagisil and tinactin and cialis and old spice and coke zero, and because the sponsors do not want to share i guess we have 5 #1 plays of the week" wow that is amazing.
defeats the purpose a little. or i am just alone on that one and no else notices. Pretty sad when i use my DVR to watch a highlight show!

I agree that its not the same.
Some of them are trying too hard. I think that the new blood may need a small transfusion from the old group. Unfortunately the Old School Anchors are a little stale.

When baseball season starts, it all goes to hell. Too many boring teams playing too many boring games and SC has to capture it all. Wait until Football and Basketball starts again and Baseball is over.

The biggst reason is the NFL is in the off-season. Football is one of the only things that makes SC worth watching....
