I have a friend who goes to this place where they massage everything... you know, he wears a towel, and so does she.
my question, is this cheating? if not, would it be cheating for me to have a "massage partner" where it would be just that. Just massaging, nothign else. once in a great while, nothing personal, nothing else???

Can't you teach your partner how to massage? I know it's not easy, trust me on that one, but if you take the time and go baby steps, it just might work.....though,
If you are looking for a new touch, then I say go for it. You would never be able to make your partner "new" and it would only make you more angry at them for not being what you are looking for...make sense?
Honestly, trying to fit the mold of our parent's parents way of life, is not so necessary any longer. The church stopped burning people and their homes long ago for this stuff.
So what if you give and receive a sensual massage? If you still love your partner, give them everything you can, and they are your best friend, enjoy yourself. Your life is about you and you need to start enjoying it before you get old and no one wants to touch you.
Hell, let your partner go with you too (or invite someone over) and make it a team effort. What an awesome fantasy that would be!

If it is just a massage,And there is no sex involved, Then it is just that, A massage.. Not cheating!! At a spa where they perform massages,The attendants wear a uniform and not a towel. And the attendant will not massage the private regions!
If you are going to a sleazy massage parlor and paying someone to massage and grope you all over for the purpose
of sexual stimulation, Then THAT is cheating!!! Hope that answered your question..

Massages are not cheating at all. Stop being so tight, first of all it is year 2007, secondly ask him if it gets hard when she is giving him a massage and if he says yes, you start massaging him and take it to another level, this way he will come to you in the future

That's skirting the line in a huge way. If your partner is comfortable with you receiving a full body massage from someone who is essentially undressed... well, that's something for the two of you to decide.
I however, would view that as unacceptable behavior in my partner. A professional massage is given by a clothed masseur/masseuse, and never ever crosses sexual boundaries. Those are okay. Naked/naked massages... nope.

if you would picture your girlfriend getting a "massage" in EVERY SINGLE part of her body by some other guy...with a towel, of course...would YOU consider it cheating? OF COURSE it's cheating!

I think you already know the answer to this....
If you have any doubt, don't do it. Saying to your broken-hearted wife/girlfriend that you didn't know it was cheating is not going to make her feel any better.
