Lemons + ICE + a blender. Mix for 4 minutes per dozen lemons.

No need to add water or sugar. Let the guest decide whether they want to dilute the juice or sweeten it.
Have the water and sugar on the side.

Microwave the lemon for a short while. Then roll it on a hard surface (kitchen counter). Squeeze the juice out of it as well as you can. Strain the seeds from the juice.

Use the freshest lemons possible. Roll them on the counter HARD before squeezing them so you get the most juice out of them. Then strain through a strainer or cheesecloth to get rid of seeds or pulp. (Or leave in the pulp if you like it!)
