maybe you tried too hard or got upset without realizing it. its not the end of the world. just go lie down in bed for a couple of hours and let yourself relax

Be proud of yourself for doing the right thing. Give yourself the credit you deserve for not cheating. That is worth so much more. Seriously.

Use it as a learning experience in the school of hard knocks. You obviously missed something when studdying. Approach the instructor and let them know you do care and ask them where you went wrong.

You lost a battle, not the war! Carry On! It's never too late to improve next time. This will not be the last mistake you ever make so just suck it up and move on. You'll be fine.

Hey, it's ok. Just realize that you've done something wrong and next time look for what you think the teacher/professor wants. When you know what they want, you know how to study. Also, if you study about 30 minutes a night every night until the exam, that will help your brain not cram things at the last minute and have to cram within a few hours.

It is heartbreaking when you work so hard for something and it does not go your way. This i am afraid, applies to may thing in life and not just exams.

All I can say is pick yourself up, dust yourself down, try again, but most of all be proud of yourself for not cheating.
