If you drink Fosters and watch Neighbours, you are British, not Australian. Australians don't drink Fosters any more and few watch Neighbours which is made for British TV.
Healthcare in Australia is excellent but it can be pricy. Unless you have private health insurance, you will have to wait for elective surgery. If you are unemployed, over 65, have a disability or health problems that prevent you working you get free treatment in public hospitals and from many general practitioners. Pharmacy costs are much reduced as well.

we have medicare or privet health funds we have some of the best doctors in the world but as like most country's we are growing in population so we do have waiting list for elective surgery
