I bought it at a yard sale thinking it was some sort of a mixer. It's a 'Telfax GX-440'. Has a big microphone hooked to it. A numeric pad similar to that of a phone....two phone jacks, four ports marked mic1, radio in HP1, mic2, AUX out, AUX in, mic 4 and AUX in B, a digital timer, bunch of buttons..line seize, radio in, pulse, discon, 100% VU, limiting, mix...etc etc. Been wondering what it is for awhile.

I believe that it was used as a radio broadcast remote unit to broadcast live sporting events and the like.
