It depends on where you live. Can you get working papers from your school at 15? (The minimum working age changes by state.)
Summer attractions are a great place to get hired when you're young. Many retail stores won't hire under 18 but amusement parks will hire just about anyone. Don't be afraid to ask everywhere! It doesn't hurt you to say "are you hiring and how old do I have to be to work here?"
Also check at your local library. They often hire young pages to do shelving and organizing.

One of the most fun jobs I had was at that age working as a general stock boy for a Chinese import store--so I'd clean up things, pack things, but the fun thing was unpacking crates from China full of the most amazing things--statuary, herbs, silks, it was a really fun job. Not all general stock boy jobs are particularly fun or interesting, but that one was.

None you have to be at least 16. Unless your working under the table which is illegal!
