It's an angled bob, with the angle lengthening towards the front. It's actually more of a European look, rather than modern, and it's been around for a while. I used to have one about 5 years ago. It looks best when it's kept straight so you'd have to blow your hair out straight and use a flat iron for it to look it's best.

A pob. A Posh bob, Victoria Beckham started it.
Make sure it'll suit you and get your hair thinned a bit at the back too or it won't fall properly.
If you're prepared to maintain it and style everyday, it will look amazing, especially if you have the right face. Cheekbones and a good bone structure help.

They are calling ut the pob, cos victoria beckham got it and they merged the words posh and bob. It is a short graduated bob with the front pieces left longer.
