I can't help but be skeptical about this new diet "herb" as an appetite suppresant. But recently there has been a lot of credible articles and reports published about. I've done my research about what it is and how it works, but I can't seem to find anything from real people who have tried it OR what happens when you stop taking it (wont you just gain the weight back?)....if anyone has tried Hoodia, let me know. I'm just trying to get some insight. Thanks!

I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at

Hoodia DOES work, I've used it, and, like any other drug or supplement, if you stop using it and resort to bad habits, you'll put the weight back on.

My experience: I lost about 35 pounds in about 3 months uising Hoodia, in conjunction with moderate exercise and diet. It helped me.

Remember that Hoodia is a diet suppressant, nothing more. That's why you see some brands of diet concoctions mixed with Hoodia. Hoodia just keeps you from wanting to eat. It won't help you lose weight all by itself. It will help you control you impulse urges.

You can try some for free for 7 days, some of the vendors that offer it for free are listed here off and on.

I have been using Hoodia for a few months now, it helps so much in changing how and what I do eat... It is not a cure all. I have actually had to stop buying crap food and replace it with fruits, fiber and veggies, oh and I have had to exercise. All the Hoodia has done is keep my tummy from sending up signals to feed it anything that is handy, but it does that without amping up my heart rate, unlike other 'diet' pills.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

I wouldn't try it, a woman died in my area when she took Hoodia, her heart stopped.

There's so secret to lose weight successfully, just eat right and combine it with daily excercise.

Using diet pills is an unnatural way to lose weight, and you will also have a chance of getting serious health problems down the line, including heart problems, blood clots, as well as liver problems. Chances are that you will also gain the weight back.

There are lots of different products & diets that will give you short term, minimal weight loss. However, none of them work in the longrun, as the recent UCLA study has proven. Most people gain back all the weight (and then some). The only way to lose weight longterm & fell better is a lifestyle change: eating better meals (less sugar & fat) and exercising daily.

I read somewhere that to get the hoodia that does work is too expensive. the stuff you get in the store isn't pure enough to be really effective.

I would stay away from it. I do not think it has been approved from the FDA. Also talk to your doctor first before you take it. Most of that diet crap can really mess you up or even kill you.
