Do your cardio 3 to 5 times a week, 45 minutes to an hour each session. Be it briskwalking or any form of cardio machine in the gym. Do resistance training about two to three times. Moderate your eating habits. Obesity can usually be "cured" with the given solutions unless you have thyroid problems. In that case, you would need to see your doctor for that.

im obese and my doctor put me on medicine. obesity can be treated, you just have to watch what you eat not how much you eat and you have to be active. dont just sit on the couch watching tv or sit on the computer all day long.

How about limit your calorie intake to under 1000 calories and excercise for 1 year

if it's severe then operation but if not so then exercise and avoid fatty food but dun starve..will decrease ur metabolism instead just eat normally and healthily and exercise
