Quran (55) surah ar-Rahman:

the phrase "when the sky is torn apart" means a dying star. doesnt that nebula looked like a red rose? there are plenty more evidences about the truth of islam but this one just recently happened.

do you still doubt the truth of islam?

may God/Allah swt open your heart to the truth.

'The sky torn apart', a Dying star or Nebula is it the same thing? Why did God not use the simple term 'Dying Star'. Also ointments are not only red. It can be yellow, brown and or any other color.

I SEE the whole of Allah revealed within a rose within a universe and tears of joy are streaming down my face with a new found unbridled passion for Allah because you have at this very moment changed my entire life by showing me the proof of Allah in ointment and rose!

I do not doubt any longer - I HAVE SEEN THE ROSE.

I'm off to get drunk to celebrate Allah,( if the pub isn't shut because the sky has been torn apart.)
Buff.

This is a classic fallacy of logic. Nostradamus used it perfectly. You create a long written work with literally thousands of verses that could mean lots of things. You do so, and EASILY you can find things that fit some of the descriptions. In other words, the odds of coincidences like this are so good that there is no way to "prove" your writings are accurate without many, many examples that fit beyond a shadow of a doubt. It will take a LOT more than this to convince anyone of anything.

Doesn't make you wrong. It just makes you unable to prove it.

Yes, I absolutely do still doubt it. I am still an infidel. The sky is our atmosphere, not outer space, so I don't see some far off nebula as a fulfillment of your prophecy.

islam is not the truth. try the question where the sun is supposed to go after it sets and the quran says:

He [i.e. Zul-qarnain] followed, until he reached the setting of the sun. He found it set in a spring of murky water.
(Surah XVIII ( Kahf) vs. 85-86)

"And if Allah fails at opening our hearts to his truth, may he strike each one of us INFIDELS down", right? Does that about sum it up? Here is a good story for you old chap:

Allah or Jesus? By Rick Mathes

Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs.

I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say.

The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers.

When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: "Please, correct me if I'm wrong but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven.

If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?"
There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, "Non-believers!"

I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith?"

The expression on his face changed from one of authority and
command to that of "a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar." He sheepishly replied, "Yes".

I then stated, "Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in Heaven!"

The Imam was speechless.

I continued, "I also have problem with being your 'friend' when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question. Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to Heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to Heaven and He wants you to be there with me?" You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.

This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well known leader in prison ministry.

I have never doubted the validity of Islam. That is why I converted. For those of you who do not agree with my decision, try to at least be respectful because I respect your choices.

Islam is a religion and personlly i respect other people's religion and God. Islam teaches many good things and if the people abide by it completely they are true islamics....but the thing of 11sept. has been distorted i think...people has changed the whole thing to their benefit...to make them sound right....
BUT ISLAM DOES NOT TEACH VIOLENCE DOES IT???BECAUSE IF IT DOES IT IS THE WORTH!!!
Islam is good, but people use it to sacrifice other innocents using it as a shield.

Religions are a human construction. Humans made religion up in order to control other people.
