Why do people answer questions when they don't know what they're talking about?
For a chest x-ray, you do not need to remove a belly button piercing. If your nipples were pierced, that would be another story. If you were having your lower spine, pelvis, or abdomen x-rayed, then you would need to take it out.

It depends,
Yes - you can leave it in because it will be safe,
(they xray pins and plates that are made of metal all the time)
No - If they are trying to see behind where your bar is, (this may block the view as metal shows up a bright white on x ray)
if they are trying to xray your lower torso you can buy a materaty bar that is made of plastic and will keep your hole open.

it depends whether they are xraying your tummy as well. They cover all of you that isn't being xrayed with a lead vest, so if it is covered, then you will be fine. If not then yes, as it will show up on the xray.

I had a chest Xray and i kept mine in. Just remember not to wear an underwired bra or you'll have to take it off.

i had to have one a few days after i had mine pierced and they made me take mine out. If they do you make sure you put a bandaide on it and soak the ring in alchol before you put it back in and wash your skin with alchol so that it doesnt get infected.

I doubt it. When I have had my back x-rayed they made me take out my earrings and nose stud so I expect that they will make you take it out. All you can do is tell them about it and hope for the best.
