According to all these pro-illegals, ALL illegal aliens pay taxes. This is FALSE.
They either work UNDER the table, thus paying NO taxes whatsoever, or they do it with stolen or fake IDs.
If they pay taxes using a fake or stolen ID and cannot get any of this money back, WHOSE FAULT IS THIS?? The person they stole or bought the ID from??
These are FACTS that is never admitted or explained by pro-illegals because it blows their arguments all to hell.

I am currently an unemployed housekeeper(just lost my job because I don't speak spanish) and have done it for many years. I have worked fastfood as well as babysitting. I have been a dishwasher and I have mowed and cleaned many yards. midcenturydesigner, not all of us can afford college or trade school. I am 35 and have been living on pretty much minimum wage since I was 16 when I first began working. Right now I am trying to learn Medical billing on my own,no proper schooling( I am hoping I can find and understanding employer who will give me a chance) because in the state I live in, people like me are being replaced by illegals who don't speak English. I have a chronically ill child with $300.00 a month pharmacy bills. I support him on my own. There are people like me that this is affecting,i'm not the only one in the situation. If these people take our jobs where does that leave us?

If you think that the problem is limited to unskilled labor, you are missing a lot of what is really going on here.
Once upon a time, as in when I was in college, a major in Data Processing meant you could get a job in a heartbeat paying $80,000 per year to start, and that was in the 70's. However, times have changed, because companies can get skilled immigrants from India to come do those jobs for half that much, TODAY. The way the immigration works is that the company that wants to fill that position has to advertise it, and if no US Citizens will take it, they can get the applicant an H1B visa to come here and work legally. At $35,000 per year. Well, of course no qualified citizens will work for that. Given that, would it surprise anyone that fewer and fewer Americans are taking such degrees?
If you think immigration is just about unskilled work, and just about "illegals", think again. At some point, we are going to lose the ability to even generate some of these advanced skills, as we won't even have anyone competent to teach them. Of course, by that time, all of those jobs will have moved completely overseas where Americans can't get them anyway.

The employers should be fined 500,000 for each illegal that is caught working on their site.
I worked on a small siding crew, 3 people, me, the business owner, and one other guy. One day the owner told us that he was going to fire us, and hire illegals, because they worked faster, cheaper, and he could hire two crews for what he was paying us. A few days later me and the other guy, left the owner to his own devices. Hope the prick went bankrupt!!!!
Americans will do these jobs, but we will not be treated like second class third world citizens !!!!
Ted Kennedy invited the American Civil Liberties Union,
the National Immigration Law Center, the National Council
of La Raza, the Service Employees International Union,
the Chamber of Commerce and the Essential Worker
Immigration Coalition to help him craft his
comprehensive immigration-reform bill.
Completely ignored in this process are American citizens!
I am outraged, that any attempt to draft a legitimate
immigration bill that would satisfy the American people
has been stolen away by "open-border" lobbyists!
That's why I've added my name to this important
Grassfire.org petition, and why I'm inviting you to do the
same--before Ted Kennedy and his cohorts ram an amnesty
bill down our throats that will jeopardize our national security.

This is the kind of question pro-illegals will NOT meet head on because they KNOW deep in their hearts even if they won't admit it to themselves that things mentioned in this post happen all the time.
It helps them feel better by coming back with an accusation of "racism" or hard luck stories about illegal aliens, working for a "dollar an hour in the hot sun" NONE of which justifies the terrible impact on American citizens it has.
Employers are wrong and should be prosecuted..
But, so are illegal aliens...WHY WON'T THEY ADMIT IT instead of blindly ignoring all the FACTS they are confronted by every day????

Illegal immigration is driven & supported by Corporate America as a means of lowering wages. This is simply a supply & demand situation, in which the wage earner is on the wrong end of the power lever.
Actually the job that no American will do, simply doesn't exist. However, wages no American can exist on do. If you think competition for wages is bad now, just wait until the Mexican trucks start rolling accross that southern border & Transportation Corporations move their center of operations to Mexico... thus destroying the Teamster's Union & the independent truckers operating in this country.

There are no jobs the Americans won't do.
If they only "needed" them to do the jobs Americans won't do.....then why all the funding for the Dream act and everything to have the huge amount of illegals to then compete with the remainding jobs Americans will do? As if there
isn't enough competition with HB1 Visas, outsourcing and plain closing of businesses. You don't need a college education to pick fruit.
I realize people come here for the American Dream......but do it on your own dime.....I shouldn't be paying them to take our jobs when our own people need them just because Big Business wants a slew of cheap labor to pick and toss from.
Our jails are full of people who have done the same exact things these people are doing for the same reason these people are. I say if there's any amnesty....give our own citizens a clean slate who have done the same things wrong. Why should they be tracked for life for a black mark while these guys get a free ride? I mean if they don't care to make them abide by our laws then why not lower the bar for the rest of us so we stand a fighting chance? It's not right to have 2 seperate sets of laws and different levels of enforcement. I mean if it takes over 500 lbs of pot to get busted at the border....then every person in jail with less than 500 lbs. gets out and their record cleared and all but 5000 of their fines refunded.
Every person who has been fined for housing codes whether it be for too tall grass to too many junk cars in their yards....money refunded.
All people with tax evasion or running a day care without a license etc.....off the hook. Waitresses and such shouldn't have to report on any tips because that has been abused to become "income" the owners have gotten out of paying and they pay taxes on it whether they make it or not.
Just like with "globalization" there needs to be a level playing field and right now we're being screwed in both directions.
This morning on the radio they were talking about the unbelivable expense they are proposing to re-do the personal bathrooms in our states capitol. I was half asleep but it was like 3,500 for clocks, 9,000 per urinal etc. There were other things like solid brass name plates that screwed into each persons desk. Top of the line excessive expenses while our Governor and everyone is constantly pushing for more taxes and our state is already in massive debt......not to mention the home of a sanctuary city.
Now when a citizen spends and charges past their means they are cut off from spending money they don't have or their sitting in jail. I mean enough already. They are "OUR" servants and the cost of 1 urinal is what some are trying to live on.
The illegals are complaining about a 5,000 fee to be legal and I pay more than that in property taxes to be allowed to stay in my fully paid for home every year. I don't pay it and I'm out in the street and out of the lifetime investment.
I mean it's time the field is leveled because we won't stand a chance when we're set to a totally different standards that people on either end of the spectrum.
I heard about a case where someone went to collect their Social Security and someone else was already claiming it. Illegal of course......yet NOTHING is done and the citizen is left with "oh well....too bad". Enough already!

We own a construction company and when we start a new job we have a line of people outside our office, if the citizens won't do it in other states they sure will in mine.
We do not hire illegals but the other companies in our area do, they also use them for electrical work, plumbers and welders are those jobs that Americans won't do? We use certified electricians, plumbers and welders.
They underbid us by a small amount so the savings on the crews is not being passed on to the citizens but the companies are making a fortune. They also work the illegals up until midnight or close to it breaking labor laws and usually community building laws but I do not see anyone getting in trouble for this but my city is a sanctuary city.

That is a Myth, put out by Liberal,s, We should Enforce, the
Last Amnesty Bill from 1986. Other than that ,I don't see why
Americans, are expected to follow the Law , and illegals are
exempt, so that makes Americans the second class citizens.

It's not that Americans won't do those jobs.. these companies would just rather pay less than minimum wage, off the books to non-citizens to maximize their profit margins.
Those 600 some-odd jobs that were opened up at the Swift meat packing plants after the immigration raid were quickly filled by US Citizens.... they certainly didn't feel the work was "beneath" them if they took the jobs!

Not one pro-illegal has tried to answer any of these posts...par for the course...
But if one of them brings up a "racist" accusation against those that are against illegal aliens (BTW, an illegal alien is NOT A RACE), they will all band together and agree with each other.
They PICK and CHOOSE the issues they WANT to talk about and ignore the ones they can't handle because they have no LEGITIMATE argument.
