i do my treadmill all the time,,but my hips/love ahndles seem big I've had 3 chldren,,,and cant get rid of them,,,what else to do ? i 'm not over weight ,,,,,5'5 under 130,,,,

Glad you are doing your cardio. Try to do your cardio at least 3 to 5 times aweek, each session 45 minutes. Moderate your eating habits as well. If you are not burning more calories than what you are eating, it is hard for the love handles and hips to become smaller. You might want to add in some resistance training as well to tone up your body.
