I ve been workin at my company for bout 2 years now and have known my boss for bout the same time.Bout a few months back she started flirting with me and i mean a caress or tellin me how good i look.Last week we had a convention out of town and were stayin at a hotel and there was an after party during which she became really flirtatious.She told me "Ya know, Billy Graham never got onto an elevator with another woman." I said"Why not?!" There is one thing that you did not make clear and that is whether or not you asked her to stop or did you say no?
Rereading your post, did you pass out and then wake up and realize that you had intercourse with your boss?
There are 2 things happening here. The first is that you feel taken advantage of......We need more info on this part.
The second part is your job and whether or not you should tell on her.
Its not clear to me in your post what exactly happened, and maybe you don't know either. Regardless you could ask to transfer, report to another boss.
Do you have anyone you can trust that you can talk to at work? That can help you come up with a game plan?

If it's a large corporation, the first thing I would do is go to HR. They will know how to pursue things so you cannot be fired. Also, if it goes as far as court then it's important you show that you sought help. This lady is horrible! She's at least guilty of SEXUAL HARRASSMENT. And believe me, you're probably not the first. It sounds like she really took advantage of you....she may have even drugged you. Do you normally react to acohol that way? If not, then you should think about reporting her to the cops. Don't worry about getting fired. Go around her. She doesn't have to know anything. I'm sure HER bosses would like to know what kind of employee they have. You cannot be fired for reporting a sexual harrassment incident. If you are, then you have a very big lawsuit to follow. I'm sorry this happened to you!

Sounds like she may have even spiked ur drink...I mean you dont pass out and remember nothing, from champagne right? This is weird...I think you should tell everyone at your office that she is a whore and that she was practically begging you to sleep with her and you blew her off cos you were disgusted. Make her be the office slut who has probably slept with every bum in town and make people feel disgusted by her...I think thats more punishment to her than telling your seniors...but that's my opinion. If you think telling your seniors what happened would bring some changes that would bring you justice, then go for it...

This is a hard question. But being taken advantage of is being taken advantage of. You can bring HR into the situation and discuss it in front of a third party so that she cannot use your job as a means to control you. If you truly feel violated, I'd talk to a lawyer and find out your other options.

i once saw a movie where the boss lady came down in the rear of the car and undid her guys zipper. he silently bore it and after all was over. jipped up out the next day his job was done.
so i think u should just keep quiet u can prove nothing and ur guys will only give lip service and laugh behind ur back u enjoyed it too be a man and just sh** up in ur own interest. u can never prove it as rape in this life

Yes it is, and you need to file report with authourities as soon as possible as well as go to the hospital for bloodwork, if you were drugged there's a chance that traces may still be in your syste. it's been awhile so that chance is slim. but yes your account does sound like rape. It's also sexual harrassment, on both counts go to the authorities as soon as possible and get help on the issue.

I believe it was. If I were you i would confront her and tell her how I feel. And that I would not want her to do that again and I will also talk to my superior. Sexual harassment doesnt only apply to women. Stay away from her from now on she's bad news.
Have yourself tested I think She is not clean . (you know what i mean).
