It's not just you, lol! I am drinking it too, I've lost 7 pounds in a week. I had to take a break today because I was in pain and going so often. I'd say take a break for a day or 2 if I were you, as well. It's an excellent diet tea that should be used with caution. The main ingredient Chinese Mallow is known to cause dependency and Senna has the same effect. Also, make sure you drink lots of water to prevent dehydration. It does have a laxative effect but which is very cleansing and very healthful when used correctly. I read a review where someone lost 24 pounds in a month and I look forward to the same progress... Cheers!

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Becareful with that tea, it can cause severe cramping and all the weight-loss is from going to the bathroom. Its akin to taking laxatives to lose weight. I know because I use to take it.

People who plan their weekly meals will be more successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to add in healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy every one of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.

Suck the idea in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the evening meal. This will help to strengthen your ab muscles and your core, and provide you with one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.

Eat muesli two hours before doing exercises to boost fat burning as you train. Slow to digest, muesli takes longer for getting through your system, so is less likely to be turned into fat and still provides you with a good energy boost.

Beans, beans, are great for your heart, the more you consume the more you... lose pounds actually. Super-effective and full connected with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow down the rate at which your current stomach empties, meaning you continue to be fuller for longer.

Eat goats cheese rather than regular cheese. It contains 40 % fewer calories than the cheese made out of cow’s milk.

Suck it in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting your desk or making the meal. This will help to strengthen your stomach muscles and your core, and bring you one step closer to any flatter stomach.
