I believe that we all go to a carbon-copy of Earth known as the Astral Plane in the new age.You can view this as a stop and go station, where we heal from the hardships of physical life. We go the same schools, wear the same clothes, work at the same jobs but without having to face death, hunger, aging or worry about finances. It is here where we finally decide whether we are ready move on to the next realm or reincarnate in order to learn more lessons. Through close scrutinity of the world's major religions, you will find they all say pretty much the same thing. This is also known as:
1) Summerland to the Wiccans
2) 2md Samara to the buddhists, also temporary.
3) Hindu's believe in a transitory realm known as swarga loka.
4) Islam believe in a place for people who barely get into heaven know as Aden.
5) Even the bible says there are THREE levels to Heaven.

Suppose you're at the beach and you make a nice big fancy sandcastle, complete with moat and turrets and so on. Later, the tide comes in and washes it all away - the sand gets spread around the beach and all trace of your sandcastle disappears.
Where did it go? Well, clearly the castle didn't 'go' anywhere as such - it was a temporary arrangement of grains of sand that went to make up something recognisable to us, and when the sea washed it away, it simply ceased to exist. Another day, someone else might come along and make another castle using some of the same sand that went into your castle, but the one you made is gone and can never exist again.
This is how it is with human beings - we are recognisable to ourselves and others as living organisms, but fundamentally we are temporary constructions of atoms and molecules and will one day simply cease to exist. Just as the sandcastle consists solely of the sand from which it is made, so human beings consist solely of the atoms and molecules of which we are made. When we die, our bodies will be returned to the environment to be incorporated into new living organisms, or to fall as rain, or to make the bedrock of a million years from now. We are ephemeral creatures, a brief pattern of order and complexity imposed on the raw material of the natural world. We should make the most of it, for this is all there is.

The Bible says Sheol or Hades, this in modern English would be the grave or the common grave of mankind. In old English in the KJV the word Hell was used -- but generally it referred to the previous definition.

After death we must all come into the presence of Christ our judge, 'so that each one may receive good or evil, according to what he has done." (2 Corinthians 5,10)
Those who die without perfect love of God will be purified in love in purgatory. We know that there is a purgatory because those who imperfectly love God when they die do not deserve Hell nor are they worthy enough for heaven; we also know from the Church's constant teaching about the value of prayers for those in purgatory.
Those who die in hatred of God will be judged worthy of the eternal punishment of hell.
Peace and every blessing!

If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)

There is no need for theories God has the knowledge of what happens to us when we die he can tell us this information and he has done so in his Word the Bible
Death is : The ceasing of all functions of life. After breathing, heartbeat, and brain activity stop, the life-force gradually ceases to function in body cells. Death is the opposite of Life.
Jehovah God warned Adam against disobedience, which would lead to death. (Gen. 2:17) Later, God warned Israel against conduct that would lead even to premature death for them.
He sent his Son to die on behalf of mankind so that those who would put faith in this provision might enjoy everlasting life.—John 3:16, 36.
Psalm 90:10 says that the usual human life span is 70 or 80 years. That was true when Moses wrote it, but that was not so from the beginning. (Compare Genesis 5:3-32.) Hebrews 9:27 says, “It is reserved for men to die once for all time.” This, too, was true when it was written. But it was not the case before God passed judgment on sinful Adam.
Where are the dead?
Gen. 3:19: “In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return.”
Eccl. 9:10: “All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power, for there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol [“the grave,” KJ, Kx; “the world of the dead,” TEV], the place to which you are going.”
What is the condition of the dead?
Eccl. 9:5: “The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all.”
Ps. 146:4: “His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground; in that day his thoughts [“thoughts,” KJ, 145:4 in Dy; “all his thinking,” NE; “plans,” RS, NAB] do perish.”
John 11:11-14: “‘Lazarus our friend has gone to rest, but I am journeying there to awaken him from sleep.’ . . . Jesus said to them outspokenly: ‘Lazarus has died.’” (Also Psalm 13:3)
Is there some part of man that lives on when the body dies?
Ezek. 18:4: “The soul [ “person,”] that is sinning—it itself will die.”
Isa. 53:12: “He poured out his soul [ “himself,”] to the very death.” (Compare Matthew 26:38.)

I believe in reincarnation. I think we go to a sort of way station (I once attempted to write a story about it, and called it "The White Dome") where we evaluate our previous lifetime and decide what we need to accomplish in the next one. We choose our new parents and off we go.
