Wow, some honesty on a creationist website, though mixed thoroughly with the same old dishonesty. I particularly liked this one:
"‘There are no beneficial mutations.’ This is not true, since some changes do confer an advantage in some situations. Rather, we should say, ‘We have yet to find a mutation that increases genetic information, even in those rare instances where the mutation confers an advantage.’ For examples of information loss being advantageous, see Beetle Bloopers: defects can be an advantage sometimes, New eyes for blind cave fish? and Is antibiotic resistance really due to increase in information?"
All of that, and they're still talking about "increases in information".
_Evolution_ _is_ _not_ _progressive_.
It seems that the notion that evolution involves progress is almost impossible for people to shake.

Well, the simple fact of the matter is that they have no scientific arguement against evolution. So they'll take the first thing that pops into their head. If there were any evidence to the contrary of evolution, it would debunk the thoery... which hasn't happened. I wish I had the blind resolve to just disbelieve in something because I don't want it to be true, I would disbelieve in gravity and fly away from this logically backward country.

I used to find their ignorance irritating, but there comes a point when someone's stpidity goes past the point of annoying and becomes almost endearing, like you want to pat them on the head and stick a lolly pop in their mouth.

American education at its finest...say something with enough confidence and someone will accept it as a fact and repeat it even louder.
Is it like that everywhere or are we really that delusional here?

Yep, and I've been duped into using them myself. Then I got some better information. However, there are no scientific 'proofs' for origin science period (meaning you can't scientifically prove evolution or creation). BUT, creation happens every day (flowers, babies) and is observable. Evolution is not obvservable. Anyone who tells you otherwise if either lying or they're 65 million years old.

Yes and I'm sure it doesn't work both ways either .
such opposition in beliefs , of course both sides will attack the other if they hear something they don't like or agree . Don't be silly and I won't get sarcastic

Interesting.
Its a shame that more Christians do not look over this list before the embarrass themselves.
At least that site tries to be intellectually honest.

You know, we believe in the Bible record. It is our God's eyewitness record on what happened in the beginning. : )
