will the back screw at my mountain bike become loose if i place a stand for people to stand on?

yes it will. this will make the wheel become shaky.

The back wheel can loosed if you put pegs on there. You can get a spacer/chain tensioner that will keep your rear axle at a desired distance on the rear wheel bracket. That, of course, will only work if your mountain bike frame will take such a device.

yes...in fact this is incredibly dangerous. Pegs are never intended for riding. They are meant for grinding and tricks. if you have ever seen the results of someone falling off a peg, you would never do it again.

do u mean dinky pegs?? and do u have quick release if u do it possibly will come losse

no. thats why there are nuts on the axle. takes those off then it will.
