Drink three milkshakes a day, and add some carnation instant breakfast to the milkshake!
This is almost guaranteed to help you gain weight over a period of time...
Dont forget the good ol pizzas and all the other "junk food" so that your system will be over loaded with calories and make sure you "sit" or lay around, like all other couch potatoes and start to pack on the pounds!
But, when you "get" to where you want to be, stop! Its going to be hard to "not" want all those calories after you gain weight, because your body is going to be used to recieveing them and will want to continue! Then you have to dicipline yourself to watch the caloric intake.
I wish you well...
Jesse

The difference between a thin and fat person is 95% of the time..........DIET!
Most thin people i know who say they cant put on weight and that they eat like a pig actually dont eat much at all.
It just seems like a lot to them due to their portionings and what they are used to. Different relationships with food cause different body types.
Eat a lot! late into the evening and go to bed without being empty. This should put some weight onto your body.
If this doesnt happen then you are simply not eating enough.
If you ate what a fat person ate you'd look like them, truely.

The best way to gain weight is to eat more, selecting nutritious and healthy foods that are high in protein. Of course, every person's body and metabolism is different, so your nutrition plan needs to be designed accordingly.
For some people, exercise is needed to gain weight.
Do you know what your body fat percentage is? A scale, such as those manufactured by Tanita, or fat calipers, can determine your ideal level of fat. Of course, it is not a good idea to simply start eating ice cream, fried meat, cookies, and cakes. You don't want to ingest too much artery clogging, cholesterol-filled foods.

Just make sure you eat a healthy diet high in protein and excersize...building up your your muscles.
When you're young your metabolism rate is a lot faster and burns calories easier....for most people the older you get your metabolism rate will slow down and your body will start filling out a bit. Don't worry. Be proud of yourself and your body. You are a wonderful and beautiful person!

You don't have to be grow fat, you can be healthy. The way is to eat a lot of meat with lots of vegetables. Other way is to take dairy (milk, cheese, scrambled eggs) It slow down your metabolism if it stop the food burn up fast. Take regular intake of milk or cheese every week, eat meat and vegetables as usual. I hope this will helps.

the best and safest way is to consult your doctor for the best diet to suit your body needs but some of the basics would to eat a balanced meal of carbo's and protein and also fruits and vegetables.add some supplements like iron and zinc and calcium for growth...the not necessarily best or safest way but works is to just stuff away on all the fats...that'll definitely add the pounds!

eat a lot of junk food. - fast food - candy - icecream - soda
Have you seen that movie "supersize me" its about the effects of eating mac donalds for months straight ( i think it was 4 months). Any ways it started off with a skinny guy, and after a while he gained a lot of weigh and got fat by eating nothing but mac donalds everyday. breakfast lunch and dinner.
It turned out to be unhealthy but it gave him the weight.
