First off I don't hate religion. Think about this though. More people have died in the name of their own god, killing other people who were dying for their god, than anything else in the history of the planet. In other words Religion caused more deaths in war time than anything else. If you look at the majority of wars, they were for for or against a different religion. So I guess the global culture deems it OK to say "Your god is different than mine, therefore you are meaningless and have no soul" Religion SUCKS, but I don't hate it. Sometimes you need it to get out of bed in the morning.

Why are Jehovah’s Witnesses persecuted and spoken against? Jesus suggested: “If the international hates you, you recognize that it has hated me earlier it hated you. in case you have been area of the international, the international could be keen on what's its very own. Now on account which you're no longer any area of the international, yet I even have chosen you out of the international, in this account the international hates you.” (John 15:18, 19; see additionally a million Peter 4:3, 4.) The Bible exhibits that the entire international lies below devil’s administration; he's the crucial instigator of the persecution.—a million John 5:19; Rev. 12:17. Jesus additionally advised his disciples: “you would be products of hatred by using anybody led to by my call.” (Mark 13:13) The be conscious “call” right here potential what Jesus formally is, the Messianic King. Persecution comes because of the fact Jehovah’s Witnesses placed his instructions previous to those of any earthly ruler.

I think I know what you're _trying_ to say but there are inherit problems with this statement. The "Good Standing" comment will tread on sacred cows - so to speak.
Looking at the history you'll understand why the Abrahambic faiths (& the many sects within the three of them) are at each other throats.
Having said that any group perceived as a threat to another is usually perceived as 'evil'. So I think the " religious intolerance and hate" comment is more aimed at other groups seen as a threat.

most of the issues you raised are political in nature rather than religious.
the Israeli Palestinian issue for example is purely based on which group has control over the territory. Religion is a factor but it is neither the cause or the reason.
The same can go for other examples. Do you really think the crusades was because Christians wanted to "liberate" Jerusalem? Or was it because some leaders wanted power and prestige by controlling it?

In Christianity Christ Loves all, including the sinner. It is a matter of Choice, Free Will, acceptance of the Gospel and repentence. Christians cannot force people to believe nor is it commanded to do so, unlike some other religions.
Ex-Head is right. It is Due to Spiritual Ignorance, making people Intolerant of any religion!
In the United States INTOLERANCE is defined in Hate Crimes Legislation that nullifies Free Speech for those who do Practice religion of any type. Those supposed Hate Crimes only cover One Specific group of persons. By the way do not include children under age 18, elderly persons, Pregnant women. Those Hate Crimes Bills 254, 984 and 1592 discriminate against everybody else and takes advantage of children!
God has never been popular with those who have no morals and practice anarchy! Enjoy it while you can. Every society that did so was utterly destroyed by it's arrogance. Daniel Chapters 11-12. In the end it is the unrepentent that recieve the thumbs down...Revelation 22.

My Friend, I am a Muslim, and my religion teaches me to love all humans, and consider Christians and Jews and brothers and sisters, and if anyone does otherwise then he doesn't understand his religion, we are even taught to treat pagans with good manners, a story I love to tell and it doesn't matter if its to be believed or not, but it has a point, that when the prophet Muhamad was severely hated by pagans, an angel came to him and asked him if he wanted him to collapse the mountain over their heads, Muhamad refused saying maybe some of them or even their successors would believe in god. All religions are sent and followed to help us to reach peace, and use both of our lives and god's blesses in the best way possible, not for hatred at all.

First, yes.
Now, Israel does not hate Palestine or Palestinians. Muslims do hate Jews. Christians do not hate Muslims, but Muslims do hate Christians.
If it were not for the tolerance of Jews and Christians-there would be no such thing as a Muslim-that is a fact.

Not really; it is just what happens when people get extreme with their beliefs. There are plenty of loving, quiet people in the world that just go about their business and have no desire to hate anyone else as a result of religious beliefs.

What about athiests who hate all religion? People that hate based on race? People who hate based on sexual orientation? People who hate based on social standing? I don't think that religion has anything to do with the failed social unity.

No. It is Spiritual Ignorance that causes this. ONLY someone who TRULY loves God and IS one of His Children will not argue and be hateful towards another. Just Sow those Spiritual Seeds and let God take it from there. Christ does the Saving anyhow, we cannot as we are just a Man or Woman who loves God and tries to lead others to Him by being a Witness for Him. Don't worry, be happy.
