What makes you think a wedding may be pending? If they are dating in secret why would they suddenly come out and announce to everyone they are going to get married? If you dated her for 7 yrs and didn't marry what makes you think she is going to suddenly marry a man she is having a 'secret' relationship with! If they did marry you couldn't stop them anyway so no point in stressing

If you haven't dated her in 7 years, why do you care? Wish them happiness. If you mean you dated her for 7 years and recently broke up, that would imply she was cheating while you were together. You certainly wouldn't be expected to be friendly with either of them under these circumstances. Definitely don't need to get them a wedding gift.

If they are both unnattached, there is no legal deterrent to a marraige.
Call it anything- disloyal, bizarre, unthinkable, hateful and spiteful-anything but illegal.
Moral- strange and stranger things happen under your very nose. Can you find it in your heart to be happy for them?
