at times i jus feel real tired but not hungry.also have backache sumtimes.i feel iv slowed down.wats wrong?

90.38 lbs. That a really precise scale. What does backaches and hunger have in common? Whats wrong is that you spend more time on the computer asking questions than you do in school learning about spelling and grammar.

um, hey. i noticed that your bmi is like about 16.5, which means that you are underweight. it would be better if you gained at least 10 - 12 pounds, which is the normal acceptable weight for your height. and about the backache and slowing down, this is probably due to your body asking for more energy (in terms of food!) again, try increasing your weight a bit and things would turn out better for you. good luck :D

i wish i could tell you. i'm 5 ft 1 in and weigh 100 pds. i've tried so many things, even those powder drink things to put on weight. i'm just a small woman.
if you find out something, plz let me know.
p.s. i've had 3 babies, my last son was 8 lbs and 4 oz. how in the world did i do that?

just eat small meals higher in calories to gain some weight you ll have more energy and wont be as tired
