The hair removing cream works but you have to leave it on for longer than it says.
The wax is a pile of rubbish as it just stick to you.
My mum works in a chemical factory and one of the women there contacted veet and said there are some ingredients missing which will make it work better.
She has been in talks with them and is making a deal to sell them her new recipie but other hair removal companies have got interested and the deal so far is a bit stuck. Like the wax residue from the strips.
I hope she sells this recipie and helps us all as veet at the moment is not so good. I mean the ads talk rubbish hair free for upto 4 weeks yeah maybe if you live on Mars

I used Nair once, that's like the same thing - even though they offer the same thing, maybe that specific product doesn't work for you. It's basically like shaving. It's not really any better, you're applying a chemical that is making your hair swell and look ... disgusting (needless to say I only did it once. ew.) ... and then you are rubbing it away from your skin. Pretty much. So the chemicals are eating your hair, breaking it down, and then you are swiping away the remnants. Sometimes it doesn't break down the root enough so you end up with hair still on your legs in spots anyways, so I find that risking a shave is still better than dealing with the smell, the mess, and the disappointment. That or wax, because if you wax you will go quite a while before you have to go again.

Yes they do Not as well as getting them done professionally but they do work. I use the Veet wax that comes in the jar with strips. Then you just heat up the wax and but it on using a spatual like in a salon. The wax stripes come in defferent kinds for sensitive skin etc. They have just changed them and are now ment to be even better. You just rub them in your hands till warm, press on your leg rub and rip off. The first time will hurt but after that it will hurt less and less each time and your get used to it. I recommend them and they dont cost too much so if you dont like them you havent wasted much!

No..they don't work for me either..firstly i used the wax strips..and they hardly take any hair off at all...
The other day i used their creme...the one that is meant to dissolve the hair..butit left my legs burning, red and sore..and after all that it didn't even touch the hair...so because my legs were so sore i couldn't even shave.....i had to wear trousers instead.

well it never worked wonders for me either. i get some few hairs coming off so i end up with patches of hairless areas.
i think that waxing gives the best results and it is also longer lasting.
