Your hair needs nutrients and proper care…
Do not use hair-colors indiscriminately… better do it occasionally…
Apply coconut oil regularly... twice a week...
Wash your hair with a good mild shampoo followed by conditioner... twice a week...
Let the hair dry up before combing...
Use two combs for combing... first use a coarse one from ends to root... and then a fine one first from ends to root and then root to ends...
Try to protect the hair from direct and prolonged sunshine...

are u Man or woman??..
hair loss issues are completely different between the sexes.
The hairs on your head are terminal, all of them, Which means they all die and fall off, and go thru a resting period...then...REGROW all over again..problems come from when hair follicles do not start up again...which can happen for many reasons .
there is a program I have developed for growing & healthy hair...its 10 steps and called "10,000HEADS-Healthy Hair Protocol"
(I have a small healthy hair clinic in southern California)
Been working on it 6 years... & get a 86% success rate if you follow all 10 steps. check it out: www.killerstrands.blogspot.com

I think there are some hair procedures to help you grow back your hair. Bosley is one of them. Look up hair growth products on the internet. I'm sure there are other sources of hair growth. Good luck.

no, but SOME (emphasis on the word "some") hair products will help thicken your hair. Also some surgerys can be done to thicken your hair as well.
