Not really a lack of culture; but maybe to many different cultures mixed together. Most big cities are like that. cheers.

yes, we can. I'm 15 and American and I've been living there for two years (Singapore). I've lived all around the world pretty much, like Thailand, China, Dubai, Qatar, Houston, Italy, etc. and I have to say, Singapore is by far the most uncharacteristic, bland city/country I have ever lived in.

in the sense that they don't have their own identity. They are too diverse that even the locals are not culturally diverse from those of Malaysia
