Are you trying to lose weight? Under 800 calories is very little substance for the body. I think for your height and weight you should be aiming to eat 1200 calories. If you continue to eat less than 800 calories you will lose weight. Don't forget about the damaging effects of not nourishing the body such as brittle bones, hair falling out, bad breath, lose of muscle. Its not worth it - you will end up looking emaniciated which is not a good look. So tuck in and enjoy eating.

If youre drinking soymilk fruits and veggies throughout the day are you sure you only getting 600 calories? Maybe you're miscalculating? You may actually be taking in enough.

The only thing i'd recommend would be to get some protein in your meals somewhere to maintain muscle.

I am sure it depends on what nutrients you get from your diet, but I regularly eat about 650 calories per day and I am totally normal. Just make sure you have a multi vitamin and calcium, protein, fruits and veggies, etc in those few calories and you should be fine.
I told my doctor that I was doing this and he said that was fine as long as I didn't drop a lot of weight. Actually, though, my check up was better than ever.

The recommended is approximately 2000 an afternoon! in spite of the actuality that your not anorexic like multiple the ignorant idiots who responded before, this could make you undesirable as your below eating and could start to drop some weight. you're able to see a Dr who could have the skill propose whats suited in this occasion. additionally get the energy from calorie shakes, not sugary juices or sodas, they are actually not sturdy for you.

No it is very unhealthy. Are old are you? Your body is going to lack many nutrients and your body is going to need more sugar. You are going to lose muscle weight first if you do too much your heart could stop. You don't need to go so low on calories I did it before for a bodybuilding show and I felt very sick and weak.

You can but you have to be really careful. Because it depends on what calories you are taking in, like if it is what your body requires on a daily basis than it should be OK. You know your body better than anyone and if you start feeling bad or dizzy then you know you are getting or taking in what you need.

Daily intake of food under 1000 calories will cause your metabolism to slow dramatically. Therefore, you gain weight easily than when eating 2000 calories per day.

no, you cant be healthy eating that little.
body needs 50cal/hour just for functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day.
and you are not in coma (yet) and have to eat more than that.
