he quit his band more than once, they've been back and for the over the last couple of years.this time is permanent.

Oh Praise God I am jumping for Joy, thank you Jesus. I am a christian and I am so excited right now. I never knew this and I never knew about Alice Cooper either. God is good. I am telling you in the last days people that we would never thought would get saved and born again is going to happen and is happening. I hope this showspeople there really is a God. Espcially with Alice Cooper. I know my God I serve is a mighty God and now his holy spirit is saving people in the heavy metal music industry. I give all the Glory and honor and praise to Jesus. I always pray for the music industry in this world that they will get a true grasp and relationship with God and they will get saved. Thisis confirmation to me, I am going to keep praying for hard for others in the lime light of the t.v.. Thank you Jesus. I am dancing in the spirit and I can't stop !!!!!!! AMEN !!!!! The lead singer of the band KORN is Jonathan Davis. Brian "Head" Welch was the lead guitarist.

Old news, he left the band on February 22, 2005
He had images of Jesus tattooed on his hands stating, "The Jesus tattoo on my hand keeps me from choking the chicken (if you know what I'm sayin').
Welch has also been tattooed with the words Matthew 11:28 ("Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.") and Matthew 5:8 ("Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.")

he became a born again christian,that doesn't mean that he is saved. nowhere in the bible does it say once saved always saved. he can lose his salvation the same as everyone else. i am glad you are happy over this and sorry if that seems bleak but it is a reality all christians must be aware of, persevere in the race till the end. god bless.

I heard the same thing about Alice Cooper. It kinda takes the magic out of the metal.

This seems to be the only thing I like about religion; it can help someone change. People in positions like his need it, and it's so incredible when they finally change their life around.
