find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as Spot Diet, you would have to work on entire body fat. A good start is by drink A LOT of water which breaks down the body fat to flash it out of your system, but it is logical that you do not want to keep feeding your body unwanted fat. Must do cardio work out as much as you can, even 15 min. is better than nothing. Get few lbs of dumbbells to do a work out at home. You do not need any fancy Gym equipment nor expensive Gym membership.

The best and the most effective way of loosing weight is to keep your hands away from your mouth. I mean to eat less (1/2) food than u do eat now.

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
