Hey! Neha "ANGER" I think this is the one which spoils everything. I just go to sleep when i get anger. Well, it all depends on the individual how he overcomes his anger. So many answers have been given. And Ithink they really work. Well, what do you do?

HI if you can take couple of minutes please check into www.webhealthcentre.com (non profit portal for health related issues) in which I have written a detailed article on Anger Management. Anger is very interesting emotion - which we should use for constructively.
Anger is basically an emotion triggered by our perception of the event. If we change our attitude we can overcome our anger. For example if we are perfectionistic then if someone does a mediocre job then we get worked up. so we need to check our own expectations and then by making it realistic we can overcome anger. So also with our expectations!

get away from the place, situation or people who tries to increase ur anger
or
just count 1 to 10 very slowly
or
drink water and just take deep breath
or
just go for relaxation therapy
or
if u still cannot control ur anger and u wanna ventilate it go to ur room and yell and shout without disturbing others
or
write all ur anger in a paper and tear it later
or
there are also anger management techiques u can adopt that.

In your thoughts, take a step back, think for a moment, and consider:
" What will this all matter a year from now?
Is being upset about this and making a stand going to hurt my relationship - job - health and safety?"
Learn and practice walking away, or at least taking a walk around the block to think before you react.
And, please, when you are anger-driven, don't get behind the wheel of the car. It can spell danger. Walk-it off instead.

You control your angers through understanding your anger.
Try to think "why would i be angry?, what would i gain or lose from being angry?, What causes me to be angry and how can i solve it? does the problem that causes my anger maybe affecting my life?.
When you controling your anger, you are fighting your body reaction that you might obtain from your ancestors. I think it is a body chemical reaction.
The best way is through knowledge, because if you understand more then you will finds better solution or statements over your argument rather than getting angry.
My classmates and teachers frequently spreading rumors about me in class. I dont get angry because i'm planning to get them into serious troubles. Even if they didnt say much i can still get the teachers to get fire once i get the investigation conducted and only need them to finds a little mistake from those teachers, they can still lose their reputation and will get fire.

Sorry for late reply.
Actually when I get some anger for any reason then no one can control to me. But some one can help me better to overcome by anger.
I just feels that anger is only a part of our nature, why we getting angry to some one, No one can heart us by actual feeling.
Sometimes I just goes to my best friend who really cares for me and she will make me feel that I m not wrong, by this thinking I feels comfortable and easily overcome to my anger.
When some one support to you and making you sure that you are always right then no one can get any kind of anger.

If I can't vent to my boyfriend about whatever I'm mad at, which I usually do, then I write down what I'm feeling. Usually I write my really good poems when I'm fueled by anger.
Here's part of a poem that I wrote when I was angry:
You think you know me, but you are wrong,
You think you know me, but I don’t belong.
I don’t belong in this world you devise,
A world where I’m the perfect prize.
I’m far from perfect, I’m far from great.
I just want one chance to create
Something that would make you proud,
But who am I kidding, that’s not allowed.

My anger side is not a fun side to be around. I usually leave the room of conflict, ride a bike, strum my guitar, scream, and sometimes I cry if its out of my control.

either u act like boman irani in munna bhai mbbs.keep laughing as u get angry....
or if u like ram dev ji maharaj then do deep breathings as u get angry.
The best thing is that u should try and not to make urself angry ie u should listen to every ones opinions,make urself clear,keep ur ego away and last but not the least keep smiling!!!!!

to overcome from rageness, is difficult.
if once its climb, it comes after any destruction or any thing bad.
if I want to overcome from anger then I have to calm & control on my mind. this is possible but situations are not controlable. the situations are like that, then no control.
