It's amazing how we want to loose asap and take our own sweet time gaining it ..we never seem to be in a hurry while gaining ..
it works when you do it inside out ..educate your self about the possible choices you have ..work out in addition to eating wisely...
I feel this desperation you feel for loosing weight is a great momentum builder to get you going ..
try the links below and try the wise route to sucess instead of any short cuts (even though they'd tempt you ...)
go for it girl!!!
all the best ..

Cutting your calories is good. Start walking. If you can't afford to join a gym, pick up a work out book with pictures of how the exercises look. Figure the safest amount of weight you can loose is 2 to 2 1/2 lbs a week. There is no asap when it comes to loosing more than 10 lbs. I too started out to loose about 60 lbs. I'm down 20 but I blew out my knee. I've gained back 4.

My moms friend lost 37LBS in 6 weeks on the carb diet. It was crazy, I saw her one month and then the next month she came to my house and I had no clue who she was. I'm not sure that it is healthy, but she did say thay after 6 wks she could no longer lose weight with the diet.
She exercised in the morning and in the afternoon for an hour and she took alot of vitamins.
For breakfast she would eat 2 turkey sausages.
For lunch 2 boiled eggs
For a snack a hand full of pecans and alot of sugar free jello
and then for dinner she ate either fish or chicken.
Now to me this is testing your will power bc ive tried to do this for myself and I havent had any success.(I like my food)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T always WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T always WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T always WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.

As soon as possible? No way this is going to take a long long time to lose that weight. Don't even try to lost that much wait in a short amount of time, its not healthy for you. Start excercising, even by simpling walking every day, if you can jog for a while start jogging and increase your walking/jogging day by day. Have you considered using weights? Balance your diet and increase your excercise.

I think you would enjoy doing pilates. As for the food, it sounds like you're doing ok. I would go for fresher foods.
You could buy a juicer and juice your veggies and fruits. Whole wheat stuff is really good.
=)

Eat fresh salads you prepare yourself.
You know whats in it that way.
Those lean cuisine meals, you don't really know whats in them.
So just make all your own meals, eat lots of protein rich food as well.
