1.) Ted Bundy: with the face of a movie star, he had no trouble picking up women. He had political ties, some legal training, and was well spoken. Ivy league in fashion, always well dressed, he was just the type of man most of his young
victims would be proud to be seen hanging on his arm, and hoping he'd come over to meet their parents.
He was thought to kill two nurses in their beds asleep for no reason, and as many as forty more women over a four year span. No one knows exactly how many women he killed.
His story:

2.) I'll call her: the little old lady from Pasadena. An elderly
lady had married three different men, all but one was younger than herself. She had just married her forth husband,
a man of no more than 35 years of age. This 5 foot 1 inch ball of fire, had a very small build, and was collecting on the third husbands insurance policy. When it came time to deliver the check, it was delivered by two agents. (The $250,000.00 check was the second she had collected within
the last 3 years.) Between applying for her endowment, and receiving the payment, she insisted on insuring her new husband right away, but this time it was for $500,000.00.
When the insurance agents arrived to deliver her check,
they were greeted at the door by this small elderly woman
frantically waving her arms saying her new husband had just fallen on a kitchen knife, while dicing vegtables. He had numerous stab wounds in the back, and was dead on the floor. It appeared that he had not fallen on the knife but had been stabbed. This led to the exhumation of the two previous husbands, who had been poisioned with arsenic. Her explaination: She and her first husband of 30 years had always fought over money, and she was tired of doing without!
(Almost "the perfect crime" !) Not sure if this is in the text books-happened in California in the early 1980's.

Personally, I would have to say JFK's murderer. I am not saying it's Lee Harvey and I am not saying that it is not. I just think that whoever did it their plan was ingenious. The government claims it was Oswald, but seriously, you can't write off the grassy knoll either. Everything came together perfectly for the murderer. I say murderer because whether there was 1 or 20 people there can only be one mastermind, the person I consider the muderer. It's too much. I think there was a conspiracy and I'm not going to say by whom.

OK. perfect crime could be any one of tens of thousands committed by police officers, they do every thing from serial child molesting to major drug deals and never get caught, when they do it's always the same, I had years of community service, I put bad guys away, I'm only being prosecutes for one crime forget everything else I did.
#1 criminal mastermind was J. Edgar Hoover. he kept black files on everyone including politicians up to the Predident of the United States. Try watching the History Chanel or doing a search on him. He was one scary man with too much power. i am surprised the FBI lasted and became what it is with Hoover as it's founder

Jack the Ripper. Brutally slaughtered 6 women, and then quietly slipped away never to be heard of again.
