Yes, they are both very good (the carrots and the jalapenos).
Put them on pizza or nibble when you eat mexican food. If you want to "kick up" a batch of nachos, buy your cheese sauce and add a bit of the "juice" the jalapenos are pickled in when you are heating up the cheese. Mmm...yummy. This is how we used to make nacho cheese sauce when I worked at the local drive-in movie theater many moons ago. :)

YES. I love the Mezzetta tamed jalapenos. They are AWESOME. I love them with pizza, eggs and mexican food.
