I'm part of a cinema club that meets once a month and to get my bakery going, I decided to bake some cookies for the movie screening. It's a very diverse group and no ones really picky.

** Since these cookies will be out during the movie screening, I need something that people can have on their plate during the movie and even take home some of the left overs.

It depends on what movie is being screened. A drama would certainly call for an entirely different cookie than an action or comedy. Maybe you can create your own recipe. Good Luck.

How about a nice original chocolate chip cookie, but with a twist? Add peanut butter to the dough and also add in some chocolate chunks & peanut butter chips. If you want you can make this treat a cold one by adding vanilla ice cream between 2 cookies, and making them ice cream sandwiches.
Also, you can make smore cookies. Regular cookie dough and graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow pieces, and chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Go with the basics. Sugar cookies, chocolate chip, but add your own special ingrediant to them that makes them really good. No person wants a nut filled thing when they're watching a movie! They want something sweet and good.

make a batch of brownies, and add some chopped cherries and raspberry flavored chocolate chips. My mom made them one time assomething diffferent, and its a huge hit at the cookie swap they had.

Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookies. Put any kind of nuts into it. My favorites are cashew, pecan, walnut.
