that can actualy split large movies files between 700 -800 mb into 2 parts that i can then convert to vcd format and store into different disks to play them in my vcd player? many players i have downloaded show errors, or do not support large files such as those. i download movies using Ares.
how do you guys do it? i do not have a dvd/writer. so im relying on two normal cds.

One of the ways is to reduce DVD size to CD one. For this you should convert your DVDs to DivX or XviD or WMV. After conversion a standard movies will be about 700 mb (CD-R size) instead of 5 or 9 GB (Video DVD sizes).
