No, humans can sleep talk because we have a more developed mind, and more complicated dreams, so birds cannot.
The bird you are hearing might be nocturnal or is disturbed by somthing, and therefore, is awake, unless if you were hearing something elese (maybe it's a crazy person chirping!)

Ok, for a whole hour, most likely not ''sleep chirping''. Sounds like you just have an early bird, or a frog (many sound just like birds chirping).
But yes, animals can ''sleep talk'' too. I've had dogs & cats both who do it.

I took care of a bird once who chirped with its eyes closed. It was really funny- but kind of annoying after awhile.

If your light is on, you may have accidentally made the bird think it's dawn. It sees faint light, it thinks it's morning, it sings.

Most likely it is awake, I often have magpies, kookaburras, or my own pet quails crowing and singing at 1-3am... gah...
