Not necessarily, no. I assume for practical purposes that there is no God because, for all effects and purposes, there isn't. Currently, we can't know whether or not there is, but he's an interchangable element. You can insert God, or take him out, in any situation. It will still work the same. I see it as being realistic and open-minded, and I can't see how an all-knowing being wouldn't be understanding, about that. The only way a statement like that applies is if God exists and demands that you blindly believe in him, or if you fail to maintain morality as a result of your nonbelief, on a level which gets you into trouble, if he does exist.

Basically, I wouldn't necessarily have to be right. Plenty of other scenarios could be the truth, that would result in my being mistaken and not suffering for it. Of course, my being wrong and suffering for it could be the case, as well. It's a possibility, not an absolute.

Additionally, to anyone who uses that as an argument for their faith, how do you know there isn't a different God, who you aren't following, and is growing angrier and angrier at you for it, every day? Or even if the God you speak of exists, but doesn't condone many of your beliefs and actions? But meanwhile, doesn't mind my open stance on the subject? Then you're in trouble, and I'm not.

If there's no God, then what you need to live life is not being "right." You need to be able to play the game.

However, the Bible says that there is a God and believing that there isn't only makes you a fool. Psalm 53:1 - Fools say in their hearts, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good.
Proverbs 30:21 - "Under three things the earth trembles, under four it cannot bear up: a servant who becomes king, a godless fool who gets plenty to eat, a contemptible woman who gets married, and a servant who displaces her mistress."

Corruption means diluting things or dividing things so as to be able to on-sell, charging for the labour time in passing on LESS. This sounds like a few things to me. When do we get to see the "evidence" that evolution is based on?

If you are a godless fool, here's my best advice. Don't try to be eloquent. Proverbs 17:7 - Eloquent lips are unsuited to a godless fool— how much worse lying lips to a ruler!
Proverbs 17:28 - Even fools are thought wise if they keep silent, and discerning if they hold their tongues.

If you live your life as if there is a god and there isn't, don't you feel rather stupid?

All gods throughout history have been invented by man.
This one is no different. It is totally imaginary and to live one's live based on that false premise is to be rather obviously lacking in intelligence.
Just because the whole idea is a 'good' idea and that so many people wish that it were true, does not make it true.

NO!!! This type of statement places one upon a pedestal looking down on others who may live differently than you, offering you a hypocritical point of view. The TRUTH is that Only those of the HOUSE OF YAHWEH are being judged at this time. They are the only ones who have been taught the TRUTH, and rejection of that TRUTH is the only thing that can & will condemn them. All others are not being held accountable at this time. YAHWEH will not condemn one to the burning if they've never been enlightened to the TRUTH!!! For example: YAHWEH is the HEAVENLY FATHER to those who LOVE & OBEY HIS LAWS & COMMANDMENTS. because they can NEVER be `100% sure there is no God.

so, they try to live a life without God, but still their conscience will bite them when they sin. so they will struggle in sin, but yet no able to come out of it because they do not believe in God's power~
