It's very very important to me that it is right. It's going to be used in a memorial tattoo in honor of my brother that was murdered. So i beg you, if your not sure please don't lead me down the wrong path.

Gaelic Word For Brother

(My) little brother

Irish Gaelic: (Mo) deartháir beag (pronounced Muh jrih-yahr byogg).

Scottish Gaelic: (Mo) bràthair beag (pronounced Muh brahr bek).

This is it. However, personally, I think people should always think twice about getting a tattoo. It might be better to get the temporary henna (mehndi) kind instead. My condolences regarding the death of your brother.

"Mo dheartháir óg." This means "my little brother" in the sense of "my younger brother". "beag" means little as in "small", which isn't appropriate. Also it is important that a "h" is put in after the "d" in the word "deartháir", which the other answerer did not do.
