i lost my visa gift card that i paid like 70$ and i lost it how can i receive the 70$ back plzz help?

its been like 3 months can someone help me i bought it from safeway the 100$ giftcard =(

i dont think i can find the recept it was couple of months ago =(

If you have the receipt, with the gift card number specified on it, you may be able to call Visa or Safeway and get it back, but if you don't have a receipt, I bet you're out of luck, sorry~

I saw your addition- I don't think you can do anything without a receipt, otherwise anybody could call up and say that they had a gift card & lost it... sorry again~ :(

Oh, but hey- at Target, they keep track of your purchases if you know how you paid for something, like if you know you paid by check, they can look up purchases made with that checking account, and get your receipts that way (for returns, etc). If you paid for the gift card with a check or a certain credit card, maybe Safeway has a way to track your purchases? I'm not sure if they have that system, too, or if it's just Target.

There is a 1-800 number (not 100% sure what it is) that you can call for Visa and they will de-activate that one and send you another. I'm sure you can look up the number on the Visa website.
